* In 2010, the G&K Services Foundation will only accept proposals from existing grantee organizations.  The Foundation remains committed to supporting education and human services in the communities where G&K Services does business and where its employees live and work.

G&K Services Foundation

The mission of G&K Services Foundation is to help people reach their full potential by assisting them in developing self-esteem and cultivating life and leadership skills.

Funding Priorities

Priority consideration is given to organizations and programs that promote sustained, long-term change in the following areas:

  • education, including higher education, vocational/technical training, and youth and adult leadership development;
  • human services, including providing basic needs (e.g., food, clothing, housing, education, transportation and childcare);
  • skills development (e.g., GED, ESL, literacy, parenting and youth development); and
  • self-sufficiency (e.g., employment procurement/job training and vocational rehabilitation).

Funding Consideration

Requests for funding from existing grantees should be sent to the following on or before March 1, 2010:
